The aims and objectives of the Bachelor of Science Administration (Accounting) are to equip and develop professionals who are abreast with current International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Auditing Standards and Laws governing Taxation in which business operates. The programme is designed to give students the knowledge, skills and abilities required for a successful lucrative career in Accounting. The programme also teaches student to develop critical problems solving skills in Accounting and Management. Students after graduation will have a solid background in Economics, Management, Law, Information Systems and Quantitative Methods which will prepare them to sit for Professional Examination like Certified Professional Accounting (CPA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), ICA, ACCA, ACCE, etc
