The aim of Human Resource Management is to combine the study of the fundamentals in the functional areas of business with an emphasis on Compensation and Benefit Administration Employment Law, Workforce Planning, Training and Development and Organizational Behaviour. The objectives of the programme are to offer graduates the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills to pursue careers in a variety of entry – level business positions, especially those in recruitment, staffing and training and Labour related issues.
The curriculum of the programme is geared towards providing the graduates with the skills essential to make them easily employable in the local global and competitive environment and also prepare them to pursue professional careers after their graduation.
